Ticket Cost

Ticket cost: £130 (£65 deposit to secure your place at point of booking)

Concession ticket: £65 (there will be a limited number of these available)

Sponsor ticket: £150

Player spaces: 30

The event is fully catered, including dinner Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning.

This is a camping event with no indoor sleeping for players - bring your tents!

Ticket Assignment

We will be sending out the first invitations to secure a place in the week beginning 3rd November 2025. If any of this first cohort decline, we will be contacting our second wave of applicants to invite bookings the following week, and so on until we are full.

We have had a LOT of interest for the event - five times as many EOI forms as there are player spaces (yes, it's happened again), and as such we are trying to manage invites and expectations carefully. We are organising our invitations to take into account people's answers to the "what is your interest in the event?" question, and in some cases will have to flip a coin.
